Challenge
The company was a startup setup by youngsters. The challenge was to convince a seasoned professional from a big brand doing 2000+cr top line currently. They tried their sources but failed.
Solution
We understood client pain point. Our senior consultant who is also a mentor and growth consultant – himself got on the job and started talking to targeted candidates. Communicated the value story and vision of the company and founders to them. We also helped the client develop a win-win result-oriented compensation structure where low fixed was to be given and additional there were ESOPs and PLI.
Outcome
The startup got a good candidate who took their startup from zero to 150cr valuation in 3 years.
