Challenge

The company was struggling with their front end and mid-level recruitment requirements. The challenge was to find quality recruitment partner who can assess analytical & consulting skills and do regular volume hiring. Their regular consultants could do volume hiring but were unable to do technical assessment. Existing consultants were submitting approx. 12 candidates for one selection and company had to spend lot of time and needed one internal resource to conduct the technical evaluation.

Solution

We understood client pain point. Consulted a domain expert from same field to understand the recruitment challenges and assessment process. We setup a dedicated team – got them trained by the domain expert – developed an automated technical test – and it worked like magic.

Outcome

The company started rolling offer letters every week. Submission to selection ratio went down from 12:1 to 4:1 and there is no more need of a dedicated internal resource for technical evaluation.
